Our provision is delivered in line with statutory guidance and the Gatsby Benchmarks, and embedded throughout the curriculum. It supports pupils to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed for their future, enabling them to become Ready, Responsible, Resilient and Respectful, and equipping them for life beyond education.

Provider Access (Baker Clause) – Access for education and training providers

At Esteem North Academy, we are committed to ensuring that all pupils have access to a wide range of education and training providers, in line with the requirements of the Provider Access Legislation.

We welcome requests from providers to deliver meaningful encounters that support pupils in understanding the full range of post-16 pathways, including apprenticeships and technical education routes.
