Our Ethos
At Esteem North Academy, our ethos is centred around improving children’s wellbeing and engagement in education by offering a fresh start that is inclusive for all. This is underpinned by unconditional positive regard from caring staff that build strong relationships and who take the time to understand our children’s challenges. Our values are based at the heart of our academy beliefs where we aim to develop each child from their own starting point and improve their life chances. We create a safe learning environment, free of stigma and negativity where we celebrate the success and achievements of every member of the learning community.
